By installing or using CageDoku you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. Do not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app or its puzzle content. Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement (EULA) also applies to the iOS app: Apple Standard EULA.
CageDoku Pro
Pro is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers where offered) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Puzzles and content
Puzzles are provided for entertainment. We do our best to ensure each puzzle has a single logical solution, but we do not guarantee that the app is error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law the app is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
